Hannah's vision for Bishop's Gate

My dream is to construct a series of stiles in the Bishop’s Gate area of London. I would like to place these stiles at the openings to inbetween spaces that are used for short cuts within the city. I envision that these stiles act as curious attractors to encourage people to step outside of their everyday flow and feel a sense of adventure in the city.

The urban adventurer will experience awkward spacetime that emerges amongst the designed mega-structures of Bishop's Gate and gain a synergistic insight into the self-organising nature of the city. Breaking apathetic routines and rambling to the cities dynamic rhythms, perhaps we will feel a stronger connection with our built environment and enjoy taking more responsibility in co-sustaining its future.
